1. Mole removal
Moles can be cosmetically displeasing when they are multiple in number, large in size or simple when present on the area where you don’t like it. Moles can be superficial or deep, hair or non-hairy. Different moles are removed by different methods. These methods include RFA (Radiofrequency ablation), CO2 Laser or surgical excision. Which method will be chosen will be decided by our dermatologist Dr Sunanda, after examining your mole and assessing your facial features, as to which method will give a better cosmetic outcome.
2. Skin Biopsy
This is a diagnostic test in which we surgically excise either a part of your skin lesion or the complete lesion and send it to a pathologist who examines that tissue under a microscope. This test gives a confirmation of diagnosis of the specific skin disease you might be suffering from. It is done under local anesthesia.
